📸 What I Bring With Me
Here’s the good news: you’re not in this alone. I carry a stocked emergency kit with me on every wedding day, in what I lovingly call my "Mary Poppins bag", so if you forget something—or didn’t even think of it—there’s a good chance I have it in my bag already.
Here’s what I bring:
- Sewing kit
- Safety pins + boutonniere pins
- Double-sided tape
- Fashion tape
- Lint roller
- Wrinkle release spray
- Moleskin, blister cushions, band-aids
- Scissors (for cutting off the hang loops in dresses)
- USB fan
- Electrolytes (drink packets and in chewables)
- Advil, Excedrin, Midol, AZO
- Ginger chews (for if you start to feel nauseous!)
- Toothbrush & floss
- Makeup remover wipes
- Wet Ones
- Snacks
- Power bank
- Crochet hook
- Face spray
- Tampons, Q-Tips, mints, and more
Basically—if something goes sideways, I’ve got your back (and probably the tool to fix it).
Pro Tip:
Designate one person to be “keeper of the kit” so it’s always nearby when needed. And if you’re not sure whether to bring something? Just toss it in. You’ll be glad you did.
Weddings are full of love, laughter, and sometimes… the need for a Tide pen. With a little prep and a solid backup plan, you can focus on the good stuff—and let the little wrinkles roll off your shoulders.
