Second shot for Krystal Balzer Photography
Shira & Adan’s wedding at The Wythe Hotel was the perfect blend of city-chic style and heartfelt celebration. Set in the heart of Williamsburg, this past June wedding brought all the energy of a classic New York summer—blue skies, warm sunlight, and the kind of heat that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of something big (because you are).
I had the joy of second shooting this beautiful day for Krystal Balzer Photography, and it was such a treat to help capture a wedding that was equal parts elevated and deeply personal.
The Wythe Hotel’s rooftop views, industrial charm, and airy interiors created the ideal backdrop for this effortlessly elegant day. The florals were absolutely stunning—lush, layered arrangements in a modern summer palette that added softness to every space, from the ceremony to the tablescapes.
Shira got ready surrounded by light and laughter, with big windows pouring sunshine into her penthouse suite. Every detail, from her accessories to the hand-picked florals, felt intentional and timeless. Adan’s prep was equally joyful, full of energy and anticipation.
Guests gathered on the terrace for the ceremony, cramming as many loved ones into the space as possible. The sun was strong that day—true June heat—but nothing could take away from the emotion and beauty of their vows.
As the sun began to dip, the celebration moved indoors for dinner, dancing, and heartfelt toasts. The Wythe’s warm brick walls and sleek, minimalist style made the perfect canvas for thoughtful decor, candles, and more blooms. Every moment felt personal, joyful, and full of intention.
