Second shot for Lindsay Lazare Photography
MeryAnn & Matt’s wedding at Lippincott Manor was everything a Hudson Valley fall celebration should be—colorful, joyful, and full of personality. Tucked into the hills of Wallkill, NY, this venue delivered peak foliage views, a cozy atmosphere, and a backdrop that let every meaningful detail shine.
I had the pleasure of second shooting this gorgeous wedding for Lindsay Lazare Photography, and from start to finish, it was a day full of warmth, charm, and unexpected moments that made it uniquely theirs.
From the very beginning, MeryAnn and Matt made this day their own. Guests were greeted by alpacas who stole the show and made for some unforgettable photos. It was such a fun and unexpected touch—especially for a crisp autumn wedding day in Upstate New York.
One of the highlights? Matt requested a fully restored vintage Ford V8 to take photos with. That car became such a special part of their portraits, with the fall leaves reflecting off the deep green paint and golden-hour light catching every detail. As a true car guy, Matt (and his groomsmen, also car lovers) made that moment feel extra meaningful.
Lippincott Manor, a beautiful barn venue in the heart of the Hudson Valley, set the stage for their ceremony overlooking the Shawangunk Ridge. Surrounded by fall colors and sweeping views, they exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends.
As the sun set, guests moved into the barn for a cozy reception filled with twinkle lights, rustic fall décor, and so much dancing. From heartfelt speeches to sneaking out for a few more portraits with the vintage car, every part of the day felt genuine and filled with love.
