A Luxe, Polished Summer Wedding with Thoughtful Details & Big Style
If you're into timeless style with a modern twist and a celebration that actually feels like a celebration—Caroline and Jack’s wedding at The Adelphi Hotel was all of that and more. Think black tie meets playful personal touches, a lace cape (!!), and a whole lot of love in one of Saratoga Springs’ most iconic venues.
The Vendors
The morning began in style, with the girls getting ready in the stunning Library Suite—full of natural light, plush textures, and just enough room for all the excitement and champagne to flow. Meanwhile, the guys were just down the hall in the Game Room, leaning into the relaxed, celebratory energy of the day with a few rounds of pool and a toast to the groom.
Caroline brought serious detail game. Custom matchbooks, mini Tabasco bottles, drink stirrers, playing cards, and a whole paper suite that tied everything together with their color palette of soft lavender and coppery brown. It was like Pinterest come to life, but elevated and intentional—every little thing had their fingerprint on it.

And then there was the dress. Caroline walked through the suite in a fashion-forward, one-of-a-kind gown—complete with a lace cape that floated behind her with every step. It was bold yet romantic, and truly felt like a reflection of her style: classic, modern, and entirely her own.
Caroline and Jack shared their first look right in the suite, a private and emotional moment filled with big smiles and deep breaths before the whirlwind began. She also shared a sweet and tearful first look with her dad—one of those quiet moments that hits you right in the heart.

Their ceremony took place in The Adelphi’s grand ballroom, which was transformed into a warm, romantic space for their vows. With guests seated beneath glittering chandeliers and soft floral accents surrounding the altar, the room felt intimate and full of anticipation. The ceremony struck that perfect balance of heartfelt and joyful, with personal touches woven into every part of it.

After the “I do’s,” everyone made their way outside for cocktail hour in The Adelphi’s open-air courtyard. It was a classic Saratoga summer afternoon—warm, a little humid, but absolutely beautiful. The sun filtered through the building and cast a golden glow on the brick-lined space as guests sipped signature cocktails, nibbled on hors d’oeuvres, and mingled beneath the sky. The energy was relaxed and celebratory, the kind of atmosphere that makes time slow down (just a little) before the dancing begins.

Back inside, the ballroom was flipped for the reception—a total scene-stealer. Every table had a little touch of personality, and the room was buzzing from the moment guests walked in. Between the three-tier cake, the overflowing dessert bar, and a Stewart’s ice cream cart (yes, you read that right), no one left hungry. And once the dance floor opened? Game over.

Caroline and Jack, your day was beautiful, joyful, and so unapologetically you. Thank you for letting me be the one to capture it all!
Weddings like this are why I love what I do—timeless venues, stylish details, and couples who aren’t afraid to make the day their own.
